Diversité Europe is open to all staff of the European Institutions, irrespective of their type of contract, including trainees. Members commit to abide by the Diversité charter (available in FR and EN). A Board composed of 14 members manages the day-to-day work of the association.

Even if you do not work for the institutions, you can apply to become a supporter.
